How do you know if you need to heal emotionally?

Recognizing the need to release trapped emotions can be nuanced and varies from person to person. However, here are some common signs that may indicate the need for emotional healing:

  1. Chronic stress: If you find yourself constantly feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or on edge, it could be a sign that your nervous system is overburdened and in need of healing.
