To ensure everyone has a voice and receives personalized support, we limit each group to 6 participants. This small size allows for meaningful interaction during live sessions, deeper connection with your peers, and a supportive environment where you can safely explore and process emotions.
The Emotional Reset Lab meets twice a month: on the 1st Monday and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 1 PM EST / 10 AM PST.
We understand that life can get busy, so if you can’t attend a live session, each call is recorded and made available for you to review at your own pace. This way, you never miss a lesson or opportunity to practice the tools and routines shared in the lab.
The Emotional Reset Lab is CAD $297 / USD $216 per month, which includes:
