As you may or may not know when it comes to healing and improving yourself it is imperative for you create safety in your autonomic nervous system.

How do you know if you don’t have safety in your emotional body? Some signs may include:

Masterclass #1 - How to start listening to your Emotional Body

Did you know that your emotional body is directly connected to the physical body via the nervous system? Did you know that something as simple as sound can help heal your trauma? This initial class will discuss how the nervous system is connected to your trauma / dysregulation and how you can start healing from the inside out using sound. This class is free and open to anyone who wants to learn more about how you can connect with your emotional brain.

Masterclass #2 - Exploring connection with your emotional body

This class will show you how to assess your vagus nerve and how to identify when your body is dysregulated. We will explore how to connect with your body using a simple exercises and explore your nervous system using visuals. We hope this class gives you a feeling of ease and safety so that you can begin your journey into your internal world.

Masterclass #3 - How to bridge the gap between your mind and body

Life is hard. This class will show you a simple way to connect with yourself even when you feel like you are drowning in life. If you wish to feel compassion for yourself this class is for you (then again, if you don’t want the compassion of this class there are therapy options, but this is a big one). This is a class that will add to your self care toolkit. Whether it’s understanding why you can’t feel compassion or learn tools to extend the compassion you feel even while you’re in survival mode, this class will add to your tool of self care. Even if you are not in survival mode, feeling compassion for yourself (and others) will improve the connections you make and help others see you are really there for them.

Masterclass #4 - How to connect with your body from a lymphatic perspective

What actually happens when you try to let your emotions out–especially the really painful ones?   Scared of what could happen? This class will teach you how to safely process any emotion you may be holding in. Learn the importance of your lymphatic system and how myofascial tissue are impacted by trauma. During this class we will move and explore different ways to move your lymph and fascia thus allowing you to release trapped or stuck trauma in your body.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in your life, in this last session you will discover what YOUR life purpose is. Your purpose is your emotional immune system which will allow you to start healing to new levels.

Hi, my name is Julie. I am a trauma informed health and movement specialist. I have been working in the health & fitness industry for over 21 years and I am the owner of Fitomize. I am a mother of 3, a coach, a trainer, a motivator, and an educator. I love to be in nature especially barefoot. 

Over the last 27 years, I have assembled an impressive list of training and education; including a Bachelors in Kinesiology, a Master in Human Kinetics, 2 years of courses completed towards a PhD in Philosophy of Sport along with over 20+ different certifications in the health, wellness and fitness industry from spinning instructor, to corrective movement, to yoga, to nutrition, to strength training, to neuro training  and more. I offer a unique approach to guide your health and healing as I know firsthand how powerful healing the nervous system can be. If I can do this this work and get unstuck then I know you can too!

Healing Trauma

It’s my passion to help people heal their emotional bodies because I know how powerful it can be. It can change your life and perhaps even save it. The thought of healing your emotional body might sound scary or overwhelming, but I promise it will be worth it!


The emotional body is our most important body. It's the one that protects us from danger, makes us feel safe and at home, and allows us to be who we are.


In this workshop we will explore how each part of our emotional body works, how they connect to each other, and how they can be damaged by trauma. We will also explore how you can start healing your emotional body so that you can feel more joy in your life.


This workshop is for anyone who wants to understand more about their emotional body and how they can heal it. It’s also for people who want to work with others on their emotional bodies because it helps them get in touch with their own.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have already been working on healing my trauma. What's the benefit of taking this Masterclass?

If you are already familiar with some of the nervous system healing concepts or have some some somatic healing in the past, that's fantastic! This masterclass aims to support you in going even deeper.
What's important to remember is that not all regulating tools are created equal. What can help you in one state might not be right for another. For instance, meditation can be a wonderful regulating tool, but when you're stuck in a survival fight/flight state it may not be the best option to help you regulate.

Not only will be explore the nervous system during our 5 weeks together, but I'll also give you some of the most supportive tools in every state of dysregulation.

Is this course suitable for teenagers?

Yes, the exercises and skills learned in this course are appropriate for anyone ready and willing to do the work of connecting and healing their nervous system.

Each live class will be recorded and the recordings along with the workbook for each class will be available in my private community on Mighty Network.

How long will I have the masterclass materials

All of the materials and replays will be available in my community on Mighty Network. As long as you are member of the community you will have access to the workbooks and recordings.

Does this workshop cover all aspects of healing?

Nervous system regulation is the most important foundation of healing and paves the way for everything else in our lives. That said, this Masterclass is designed as a first step to healing. As Gabor Mate has stated healing trauma starts with awareness and this Masterclass explores how to become more aware of your autonomic nervous system. Everyone can benefit from this workshop (even if you're already a nervous system expert!).

What is the schedule for the Masterclass

The live calls are Wednesday's at 5:30pm EST / 2:30pm PST for 5 weeks starting on January 18th, 2023. You can expect the calls to last for 1.5 hours. There will be time to ask questions at the end of each session.

It is a great workshop for both yourself and your clients/friends/Family

You will discover and more importantly understand how your physical body is nothing but a hidden emotional/energetic fingerprint. You will be able to look at every part of your body and connect with it from an energetic perspective. This is not something that you are used to doing because usually, doctors want to know what medication or which surgery you should do for your condition. So, in this course, we will focus on YOU; YOUR life purpose; YOUR emotional fingerprint; YOUR body!
